This was so much fun to find out. :)

My body shape is a Inverted Triangle which is similar to a hour glass or spoon. :) This is the first time I learned about this body shape. :)

This was an enlightening reality check for me. I've often been told by others that I have that "perfect hourglass" no matter how much I weigh, but I always saw myself as more of a pear shape. So I took my measurements and was amazed that my bust and hips are exactly the same size and my waist is 11 inches smaller then both! I really am a perfect hourglass! Self image is such a strange thing! I guess we see what we think is there when we look in the mirror! Thanks for your post and link!

I thought I was a pear, but apparently I'm a top hourglass. A lot of their tips for that body type fit how I dress, so that's a good sign.

Me too! I was so glad to find this, because I never felt like I was a pear or hourglass

When I took other quizzes that went on measurements before, I always got "apple" or "straight/ruler" or even "hourglass," but none of those ever quite fit! My bust and hip measurements have always been almost exactly the same number - BUT my waist isn't small enough for me to be an hourglass, which would make me seem like I should be a ruler, but I appear bottom-heavy because of my high hips, but I also can't be a pear because I carry weight right at the middle and not the butt and thighs (also because of my high hips). Now it turns out I'm a SPOON, and I am on board with all of the other spoons here who didn't even know that that was a thing! It is so amazing to finally know that there is a body shape out there that actually fits me!

bgppjb.png That last one is of me where I am now, a little over fifty pounds down, compared to where I was when I started.
