Just made baked wonton cups tonight. Spray muffin tin, place wonton in to form a cup shape, bake at 375 for 5 mins and then stuff with what you want, I did shredded chicken, bacon, spinach, and Boursin garlic herb cheese, then bake for 7-8 mins again. They were really good. Look forward to trying other variations in the future.

This is hands down one of my favorites....I call them Wonton jalapeno poppers. If you do not like things spicy, you can omit or decrease the jalapenos, they are yummy that way as well.
    recipe-
    8 wonton wrappers
2 triangles of Crystal Farms jalepeno cheese wedge (could also use laughing cow, I far prefer the Crystal farms)
    1 Jalepeno
    Cooking spray

Pre-heat oven to 350, spray a baking sheet with Pam or cooking spray of choice. Quarter the cheese triangles, slice the Jalapeno. Lay out the wontons on the baking sheet with Pam if you like things crispy, or a cuttting board if you like things softer. Place one of the quartered cheeses in the middle of the wrapper with a slice of Jalapeno. with a wet finger, fold and seal the wrapper into a package, bake for 12-15 minutes. I put salsa on the finished product but these are tasty all on their own...

You can eat 8 of these yummy things for 220 calories. YUMMMMMMM!
Thank you! I am making these ASAP!

I get the egg roll wrappers and use a light cheese string and fold up the wrapper and bake to make mozzarella sticks! They are sooooo good! Prefer them over the breaded ones!

I bake them in the oven with a mixture of buffalo chicken. They are called Buffalo Chicken Wonton Cups, and we LOVE them!!

Wow, thanks for all the great recipes and ideas. I had never thought to use these like this. Now I'm mentally reviewing the leftovers in my fridge and thinking of making the mystery wontons. Adds a new dimension to the refrigerator surprise meals we have when there is not enough leftover for everyone, but too much for one person. Lots of inspiration for a cold day, plus I think I just found an idea for the bowling luncheon next week.
