I have 2 kids. When they are eating pizza or something yummy i just take one or two bites and give it back. You have to get off the sugar to truly enjoy the flavor in the food you re eating. I actually have only been drinking water since I started in January. I still have to have chocolate daily _in moderation.0

I didn't weigh myself yesterday thinking it would be the same. Today I saw a decrease of 2 lbs, but am encouraged even though it is probably water weight. If I don't gain them back during the week I will be very happy. I'm going to the park now to exercise!
