I'm 5'3 and 3/4 if we are being technical and I can weigh any wear from 130- 134 pounds in a given week. I wear a size 6 pants and a medium or small shirt. I'm also a B-cup bar hence the small shirts fitting well.0

I'm 5'4 and about 136 pounds. I wear a size 9 /10, although I usually buy 11 and wear a belt because my thighs/butt are pretty big compared to my waist.0

I'm 5' 3.5", and my goal is 130. Last I was there I was a 7. I so wish women's sizing wasn't vanity based and actually made sense! Anyway, that's sorta besides the point I guess.0

I'm 5'4 and 141. Wearing size 8 bottoms and medium tops. I'm thinking in another 5 pounds I'll be in size 6's b/c the 8's are getting loose. Used to be 189 pounds and size 14.0

5'4, when I weighed 135, Tops were mostly M, some S...pants were 0-2 with the occasional small. I have big boobs, no butt, and did not exercise at all then, so I was mostly flab. in the arms and belly and boobs.
Currently at 120 and 28%BF, I am XS in most tops and 0 in jeans. Still flabby, but working on it. (The pics I've seen on this thread look so much better than I do!!)0 -
136-139 lbs depending on water weight, 5'2 and a size 2 pants and an XS-SM shirt. I am muscular so I can weigh a little more and take up less space.0

5'4" and 135lbs, 20 years old
I wear a size 5 in jeans (US) comfortably, can squeeze into a 3 if I'm not retaining water.
I'm hoping to maintain my weight but get more muscular (:0 -
5'3, I have a muscular upper body with broad shoulders but I am probably 150lbs and wear size M for tops, sometimes S and size 5-6 for bottoms and jeans.0

You guys are my idols...I am 5'4 and the lowest I've gotten is 148..I am current close to 180 and wear size 8's which I can't figure out but anywho...Using this a motivation!0

My husband of 9 year left me about a month and a half ago. The only good thing about it is that I've lost 18 lbs. from the grief. I've been doing some research and I am wondering if I really am big boned or have a higher muscle mass. At 5'3" and 154 lbs. I'm too small for my size 8 pants. But I'm still considered over weight and according to the BMI chart I should weigh around 125. I haven't weighed that little since I was 16 and I wasn't finished developing. I'm a curvy girl and always lose the same inches all around, so my bust to waist and waist to hips ratio is always 9 to 10 inches apart. When my bust is 41" my waist is 31" and my hips are 40". I'm not sure if my size is healthy or not but losing another 25 lbs. doesn't seem healthy to me.0

5'2, 133.2lbs and wearing size 8 pants (lose fitting though on waist) and medium tops!0

I'm 5'4, 160 and a size 8 jeans and M top in most brands. Makes me wonder where I'll be by goal weight!0

I'm not that size anymore, but when I was I wore a size 4 and medium shirts. I'm 5'5.0

I don't nomally go by the charts because not everyone is built the same. I go by how I look & feel, how my clothes fit, & what the doctor says.0 -
I'm 5'2" and 130 I wear a size 4 most of the time some size 20
-
5'4" 150 - 7/8, 140 - 5/6, 130 - 3/4
I have very small hips, even when overweight.0 -
I'm 5'4" and weigh 133. I wear size 6 in Old Navy jeans. I can squeeze into the size 4 that I own, but they probably won't look good on me until I'm down to 125-130.0

If this post doesn't prove the fact that we are all shaped differently...
I'm 5'4 and weigh 174lbs. I wear a size 8 Levis and L and XL tops (much to the delight of my husband).

My GW is 130 I am 5'4.. Currently at 143-ish and my 29 waist pants (Levi Silvers) are too big. 28 waists of same brand fit me well. I have been at my goal weight and under in the past and at 130 I seem to remember size 27's working. I got all the way down to 120 and I had some size 25's in the Silvers. I consider myself big-boned. When I wore the size 25's I looked too thin (says others)0

I'm 5'4" around 135 lbs. I wear a size 9 in juniors and an 8 in women's.0
-
I'm 5'4", 130lbs wear xs- s-m shirts and between sz 3-9 for pants/jeans depending on the brand0
-
I am about 10lbs heavier than that but when I was 135lb about a yr ago I was wearing a size 6 from Gap. For me about every 10lbs I drop down a size in pants.0
-
I'm 5'3", 130 lbs, 35-36' hips, and it depends on the clothes. I have a pair of 4 shorts that are a little lose, and a pair of 9-10 pants that can be snug after being washed. These days 6-8 seems to be my go to pants size.0

It's crazy how much sizes/weight can differ depending on body shape. I'm 5"2, and at 147 I wear a size 6, and a small top. Looking forward to getting back into the 130's after 2 back to back babies!0

5'3" and when I don't diet I hover around 130-135 pounds. Currently at 130.
Soooooper pear-shaped, at 35-26-40.
Pants size varies so damn much it's ridiculous. I can be anywhere from a 7 (juniors) to a 10 (womens) depending on the brand.
Usually I'm about an 8-9 depending on if it's womens or juniors.
EDIT: oh, and I'm usually a small in shirts.0 -
5'5'' and 128... pant size ranges from 2-6 depending on the store0
-
I am too and I fit a size 0, it's all your body shape really, just depends how wide your hips/waist are.0
-
I'm 5'4" and i weigh 150. I'm a size 6.0
