Normally, my weigh in days are Sunday, but I was out of town over the weekend, so weighed in this morning. Scale shows a gain of 3 pound since my last weigh in, but I know a lot of it is from the stress of traveling, the drinking and the restaurant food from the trip. I'll drink lots of water and cut my calories by 200 a day this week so I should be back on track by next week.

I am going on vacation tomorrow and wanted to post my weight for the week. I have lost one pound since my last check in which is awesome! I am going to earn a lot of exercise calories while on vacation so I can enjoy eating a little more without gaining weight.
