Insanity is COMPLETE!!

Well today I did the FINAL fit test and have officially completed INSANITY!
I'm not going to lie, it was a tough journey. I suffered two injuries, one still nagging me, but I pushed through with the doctors blessing, and didn't skip one single workout.
I went in with realistic expectations, and am completely happy with the results. No, I didn't get a six pack, no, my arms didn't get to be 24 inches. I got better endurance, I did get stronger, and things that I couldn't do at the start of the program, or hell, even month two, I can do now.
I did a video where I talk about my results, and my journey a little (I friggen hate the video), and recorded some of my final fit test where I in fact...look like a fool. If you want to check it out...it's here:

Great job! I had to take a 2 month break after spraining my knee, but I just picked back up into it, and have about 2 more weeks to go for my completion. Even with the break, I at least want to be able to say I did it!0

For two months of work those are pretty impressive results.
I am about to wrap up week two, wish I would of taken measurements.0 -

If it helps, my measurements weren't taken until week 2I forgot to do them except the weight.
Thank you everyone for your encouragement! Like I said in the video...taking a bit of time off (well, not off, but doing something lighter like T25 until I heal up), and I'm admitting myself into the Asylum next!!0 -

Incredible! You must be so proud of yourself. Just 5 workout days left for me, and then the Final Fit Test and pictures! I also didn't eat near as well as I could have, but this week I am pushing myself to eat properly and hopefully see the results I'm aiming for in the end!

What injuries did you sustain?0 -
Congrats, your results definitely show HARD WORK!
Have you also adjusted your food intake while doing the workouts or was it just straight workout results?
(Sorry if its been asked already I didnt read all the previous posts.)

What injuries did you sustain?
In the video I talked about what happened, one injury was where my ab and groin muscles connect. They got very fiberous from the workout, and the load I was putting on the core. When I did a power jump I though I ripped something there as I didn't land on my feet, once I was up I went down like a ton of bricks. Thankfully it was just a strain, and since it happened right before the recovery week, I was able to modify and push through. I couldn't even do a push up because of the pain...it was terrible.
The other still nags me, it's an AC Joint injury in my shoulder from push-ups and just hard movements. NSAIDS took care of some of the inflammation, but it still bothers me. However, push-ups don't bother it anymore in most cases. My follow up is next Monday, I may go fro the cortezone shot (or however you spell it).0 -

Thanks a lot!!
It definitely was more the workouts than the diet....it was MUCH better than it used to be, but it could have been so much better. I still ate out sometimes 2-3 times a week.
I didn't really adjust my calorie intake though, I ended up eating around 2,000 calories a day, but I didn't sweat if I went over. Some days I'm grossly under, it all balanced out.
I should have been more concerned I think about macros than anything, but to me, I didn't care all that much. I ate what I liked and got decent results. The only thing I consciously did was increase my protein to try and get around 100g of protein a day.0 -
