    Sorry I'm late to this. My husband has been in the hospital with pneumonia and my 10 1/2 month old son has been very sick also. I need to find motivational friends!!

    I was the exact same a year ago,146 and now I am 178! I am so ready to get back on track too!

    I just have a question...since this is my first month long challenge, I'm not sure how the boards operate. Are we supposed to be communicating with everyone or are we supposed to just post weigh-ins when the dates come?

    Daria, we post our weights weekly here; when we do, you'll see everyone would copy/paste their weight chart format (from SW to Total Weight Lost section) with new weekly weights added on those check-in days. We also encourage you to share your successes and struggles, and give support to the person above you on each of your posts, if you would.
