I'm trying to eat healthy but am not a huge fan of veggies. I eat a lot of protein, or so I've noticed from my Food Tracking.

Can a person eat too much protein. My food thing is always over the amount recommended.

This is my food diary: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/Erikaelias85

It's nearly impossible to eat so much protein that you are actually causing damage to your kidneys. As long as you try to stay around 1-2g per lb of body mass you will be fine.

Depends on how you define "too much". I have noticed that if I eat excessive protein, it tears up my stomach. So personally for me there is such a thing as "too much", but a lot of people don't have any problem with high protein.

Thanks! I'll change the number to 139, that's my current weight.
