Why "Weight"? 100 Day Challenge

I know most challenges start on Sundays, Mondays or the 1st of the month but I figured why "weight"? Good healthy habits don't wait until the beginning of a new week or new month to start so why should a challenge?
This challenge is pretty basic for the next 100 days commit to giving yourself the best you can. Lets eat well, move our butts and be accountable.
I like the Biggest Loser plan and if you choose to do it the basic guidelines are:
4 servings of fruits and vegetables
3 servings of lean protein
2 servings of whole grains
1 200 cal budget for extras.
Otherwise:
Diet:
Use MFP to calculate your cal goal and stick with it.
Exercise:
Start with 30 mins of exercise be it cardio or strength training, 5x a week, add 5 mins on every 2 weeks until you're at 60 mins.
Challenge guidelines:
*Track daily here, I'll be starting a new thread every 7 days.
*Weigh In days will be Friday or Sunday.
*Stay motivated

To increase my endurance and stamina.
My motivation: Getting back to my sexy weight and going shopping for my wedding dress .

Good morning everyone and welcome to day 1! You made the first step in being healthier simply by saying I will try, and for today that's all I'm asking. Today try three new things that will make your health or life better and these things can be anything significant to you and what you want to accomplish.
today:
1. I am trying to complete a full workout AFTER work, this is significant to me because I always say I will and then get home and get lazy.
2. I will only have water past 7pm. Nights are my weakest times I can do great all day and then out of
boredom eat junk at night so after 7 nothing else.
3. Recommit to FSD detox for the next 9 days, I gave up too soon.0
