    This looks great and exactly the challenge I need right now! I just saw this and missed the first weigh-in and looking forward to some great progress!     I am down 1.5 pounds this week!!!!!! I am thrilled. I have been losing and gaining the same pound since the beginning of the year. I hope that this group will keep me accountable and I will say goodbye to that pound for good.:wink:

    I just went back and looked at my weight for the first of March and it was 141, not the 139 I had down so I changed that on here.
    I'm in....maybe this will help me stay motivated.

    So, when everything seems too busy and too crazy, it's such a huge reward to see that my scale is still going down! I ate the right way this week, almost without thinking about it. That's progress!
