    Just try for another week or two maybe. Ignore the need to weigh if you can. Think of it this way - you're not dieting to loose weight but to make your body healthy, so even if you don't loose weight your body is still healthier than it was the week before.

    I really appreciate this advice. It is helping me to keep from focusing on the scale. Thank you so much.
