    No, I don't generally assume the majority of people on a fitness forum will have a great deal of difficulty with stairs.

    Difficult concept to grasp, I know.

    That would be the exception, there's obviously several times more buildings with elevators that aren't high rises considering any building with a second story, generally has an elevator.
