I'm 5'3" and currently at 187.4lb, Started 1/6/14 @ 210 pounds.....my current goal is 140lb however as I get closer to that mark I will re-evaluate where I want to be. Mainly my goal is to be healthy and confident again.....with a bonus of looking awesome on the beach in Hawaii come December.

In the last 2 months I have lost 23lb just by eating healthy and exercising. T25, walking/jogging and good long hikes have been what seem to work best.
Right now my husband and I are working on turning our garage into a home gym with an elliptical, stationary bike and weights to kick it up a little (plus give us options when the weather sucks)

I'm 5'3" and my highest weight has been 228, as of the last 3 days I have been weighing 222.8 since joining MFP and a gym 21 days ago! My currents goal is to be under 200 by June, so three more months to lose 23 lbs, but my ultimate goal is to be 140lbs and to decide from there if I want to make another goal!

I'm 5 ft 2.5 inches (half inches count!)
My starting weight was 258lbs and goal is 150. I know at my height it's still considered overweight but future christel will deal with that.

Currently at 237 since starting this Jan 1 of this year! =D

I am 5'3" and I am ashamed to say that I started off in April at 227lbs. However, I am proud to say that I am now down to 197lbs and I'm still going. I've accomplished this by bootcamp 3-4x per week and eating PPW meals (protein, produce, and water). My (first) goal is 175lbs. When I get there, I'll re-evaluate what my next goal should be.

I am also 5'3 and I stared at 223 in August. Today I am at 192! LOADS of exercise...sometimes up to 12 hours a week at the gym. Lots of protein and trying to limit processed carbs as much as possible. I would like to be 140, where my am officially no longer overweight, and go from there.

I'm 5'3, 20 y/o. My weight loss started in January 4th, at that time I was 188.27 pounds, today I'm 159.6! That's 28.6 pounds in 9 weeks. I try to do spinning 3-5 times a week for 60 minutes, I cut all the soda and candy stuff completely from my diet. I have been following the weight watchers program. I started to cook all my food, I rarely buy food outside but I have to admit I do eat at subway sometimes :p

    Hello there shorties!!

Last time I checked, I was 5'3 and I'm 32 y/o. My highest weight was at 182 long before I even had kids. I have fluctuated lately up into the 150's. When I started to get serious (again) about this healthy lifestyle, I weighed in at 148 and I'm currently hovering around 142. I can't wait to break into the 130's. My current goal is to devote the month of March to working on my relationship with food. Then I will slowly incorporate working out into my routine.

    HW: 148
    CW: 142
GW: 130 (although I'm sure that will change once I get there)

Please feel free to add me.
