1. I plan and prepare my meals the day before.
2. I drink lots and lots of water.

    3) when I don't go grocery shopping when I'm hungry.

    I'm most successful when:

    I do 4-5 days a week of INTENTIONAL workouts.
    I make my goal of 8 or MORE glasses of water a day.
    I plan ahead (I enter in all my calories for the day except for dinner...on a workout day that will depend on how many calories I earned by exercising).
    I negotiate...for example...out to dinner with friends.... appetizer OR dessert...not BOTH!
    I eat breakfast...oatmeal is my go to morning meal.

    3 I eat regularly and record everything

    And if it tastes good, then spit it out, it can't be good for the waist line....

    1. train hard in the morning , that way I know i wont eat unhealthy because of the work i had done.
    2. the missus helps me prepare the correct meals. Im hopless on my own.

  • when...I'm in a good mood and stay focused when I'm not!

    Temptation is never higher than when I come home tired from a bad day at work and I just want to sit in front of the tv and eat!

    Yes, can relate to #7 for sure! :drinker: Water much better than wine.
