Nuts are my super secret diet food. They're basically a tasty delivery mechanism of healthy fats. I just feel better when I have a relatively high portion of fats in my diet; I'm less hungry and feel mentally sharper.
I keep bag of the following nearby at all times: almonds, cashews, macadamia nuts, pecans, pistachios, cocoa nibs.0 -
Trail mix is just M&M's with obstacles.
I eat peanuts and almonds... but only if they are inside M&M's0 -
Pine nuts, I like that you can push your calories up with a relatively small amount, I have about 10g of pine nuts before exercising for the energy.0

Yes! I haven't found one I don't love... except maybe Brazil nuts.
My favorite are pecans, pistachios and sunflowers. Mind you, the amount I can eat in one sitting is practically miniscule but totally worth it! :noway:0
