    03/04 ..........................Cleaning - scrubbing floors / moving furniture - Total for day: 150 minutes
    03/04 ..........................Ran 5.04 miles for 50 minutes (avg pace 9'55"). Remaining 10 minutes - walked for warm-up and cool down. Total for day: 60 minutes
    03/05 ..........................Ran 4.13 miles in 40 minutes (avg pace 9'51"). Remaining 15 minutes was spent walking. Total for day: 55 minutes

    Mar 12: rest day
    Mar 13: 60 min., 17.5 miles on the DeskCycle + 3:45-min basic plank + 1-min x 2 side planks
    Total for March so far: 13.48 hours, 218.5 miles

    Had a great meeting with the surgeon yesterday. I go under the knife on March 25 -- will see if I can make the challenge by then and will then cut myself as much slack as I need for the rest of March and April. Keep on keepin' on, everyone!

    Definitely have to be kind to yourself and give yourself plenty of healing time after your surgery. So sorry that you have to go through this but sounds like you have a good surgeon.
