    I used to participate in this thread before but fell of the waggon a bit in Jan/Feb... The idea was to get down to 65kg by Easter, but that seems a bit ambitious right now! Once I get there, I'll buy myself a new bike though...

    I've slowed right down but still losing, which is good considering I got ver' ver' drunk last Friday and did a lot of eating over that weekend while I recovered from self-inflicted bad times! But I got back on it, and I'm going to stay on it all this week to be in the best possible position next Friday.

    So, I seem to be stuck here at around 181. Ugh. I guess the good news is it didn't go up much, but it's really sort of discouraging. I was actually looking forward to weighing in this morning because I started exercising this week and I've been being very careful with my calories this week, but, oh, well, onward and upward.........or onward and downward, (hopefully). :)

    After binge eating Monday night, my weight weight up to164+... I stayed within my calorie limit the rest of the week,and now I feel so relieved to see today's number!
