    you have to start somewhere. I started this at 295. Don't fret. Everyone needs to start someplace and you started today. Congratulations!

    Oh honey we sound very alike :( i too am morbidly obese and i am 32! my husband has also been worried about me...he has always been relatively skinny most of his life and its only been in the last 3 years he has put on a bit of a tummy i always told him that being over weight is not fun and he thought he would be ok till now lol :)

    my weight has been an issue since i was a kid something very hard to overcome as i call it my kind of drug :(

    but together with some great people from here i am sure you can do this! i am gonna add you cause i think it would be great to give you some support and i would love to see your progress!

    I wish you nothing but good luck in your journey remember baby steps :)
