    Everyone looks so good!!!! I need butt, and thigh toneing in a HUGE way. Anyone know how to achieve that?!

    I am doing ALLLLLLLLLLLL sorts of workouts and I think the combination of doing a variety of thing is what is helping me lose inches so quickly. I am running, biking, canoeing, swimming, kayaking, walking, and I just picked up water aerobics (I am really pushing my water aerobics workouts and I am absolutely feeling it!) Good luck girlie! Definitely I am going for inches not weight.

    You know how when you do a reply to someone and it shows the "quote" in brackets?

    You have to self type the same thing but instead of having it read "[quote"

    You need to type [img and be sure to close it. So do this...

    [img (be sure to close it)

    [/img (be sure to add the / and close it.)

    Still about 15 pounds to go, but honestly I'm pretty happy. I would like to tone up, but as for how I look I am reasonably happy with it. It's weird to look at those pictures and see myself as I was...wow....

    Yeah.... the reason I don't have ANY before pics is that I totally don't want to get my picture taken, it's abso disgusting, and I hate it. :grumble: :noway: At my sosn's wedding a year ago, I never even had a smile when the cameras wre snapping pics, and that is SO not me... but I hated myself then as well.
    As soon as I have some after pix, then I'll share, but for now, I just can't take the way I look anymore... :noway:
