So great! I'm excited to see this because we have very similar starting stats (I'm an inch shorter and about ten pounds heavier than you were) and although I carry more weight in my thighs, it was like looking at a before and after picture of myself. Very inspiring! Thanks for sharing these. I'm going to bookmark it, if that's not weird. :P Well, even if it is.0

Ok so clearly I still have a good 25lbs to go and a bunch of toning before during and after that - but I am finally feeling brave enough to post some photos. Forgive the hideous photos, but I figure - what's the point in posting them if I am going to suck in my gut and hide the flaws right?! I'm not going to get into my whole story as the basic info is on my profile - if you have questions, ask away, if you want to friend me go for it, but please include a message
I started this journey October 1st 2013 (5 and a half months ago).
Here are the quick stats so far (this is stuff I am usually looking for when I read other peoples stories before the pictures!):
Basics: 5'10" and 30 years old
I was:
Squeeeeeeeezing my butt into a size 16
About 214lbs - which seems crazy to me now.
BMI of 30.7 - "Moderately Obese"
Right now:
Wearing a comfortable size 10
I recently hit a "normal" BMI - 24.4 and am feeling so, so much better about myself!
169 lbs.
I can honestly say that a bunch of that is thanks to MFP and my incredible friends/supporters on here who are also rocking their journeys!! :flowerforyou:
