The Postcard Challenge is a two week challenge in which you try to loose as much weight as possible, The prize? A postcard from Florida, bragging rights, and the role of Postcard Challenge Queen or King, you also get to host the next Challenge!!!!
Okay so we are starting Tomorrow on the 13th so that our 2 week mark hits on the 27th, this will help keep you accountable for your Christmas/Hanukkah Holidays!!!
So introduce yourself and give me your staring weight (on Mon) & I am going to make a spreadsheet, Along with one weight goal for two weeks and one non-weight goal..... I also will set a group weight loss based on the number of participants!

Weighed in this morning and I now know why I don't weigh myself on a Monday. Up 2lbs! I'm aiming now to lose 6lbs and get me back into ONEderland, with a bit of leeway!
I've started doing a Leslie Sasone workout (which I found on youtube) and have done it everyday for 2 or 3 days, so I'm going to keep that up!

Loving the Monday Challenge! I've managed the cardio with my Leslie Sasone walking. Am aiming for the water intake and I'll get some relaxation in later. Push-ups and sit-ups... Evil woman!!!! I'll do them though, promise!!!!

Welcome every!!! Christmas decoration seem to be looming over a few of us, so today do just one thing (hang ordiments(sp), hang a strand of lights, wrap the garland around the tree), if you break it down into manageable daily tasks, it won't seem so huge of a task!!! Hope everyone has a great day!0

jumping back in after missing a few challenges...
Current weight: 210.0 (I'll take this! It is down .8 from my WI on Friday!)
Weight goal for 2 weeks: 209 (Yes, I know it is just one pound... but in the two weeks before Christmas, with how my weight fluctuates during the month, and with that .8 loss already up there... I'll take it!)
Non-weight goal: exercise 30 minutes, 3x a week0 -

I'm in! I just emailed you with my starting weight. I would like to lose 8 pounds in the two weeks! I have started pumping up the exercise so I'm hoping this will help. Not doing a lot of partying at the holidays so that shouldn't be a problem. I will be happy with 6 pounds though!0

OH, i didnt know you would have challenges each day, I likey! I didnt check in til today, I am not sure if I did a random act of kindness today but i defintely did one yesterday..stopped on my walk to help a woman with her baby stroller get out of a store. I did get my cardio in which involved me dragging my 2 year old around on a sled outside. My back is killing me now OUCH but so much fun for her. I am under cals today too!

8 cups of water-only did 2 water bottles(4 cups) will only probably drink 2 more cups
15 mins relax- check, cured up with "The Vampire Diaries" im on the last book!

under sugar- fail =[ i was also over fat
*I love my eyes, they are the perfect shade to me and I really love that i have a "flower" in my eyes0
