Hi everyone!
So my friend and I have been doing our myfitnesspal journeys together and she encouraged me to put up a success story!
My name is Stefania, I'm a 20 year old university student from Toronto.
I started my myfitnesspal journey on April 13, 2013, three days before my 20th birthday.
I was depressed about my weight and I just wasn't happy.
It was one of those things where I just woke up that day and decided that I was going to change my life.
Now almost a year later I have lost over 100 pounds!
I feel great about myself and what I have accomplished.
I know my journey is not over, this was never a diet to me, it was a lifestyle change that will stick with me for the rest of my life!
I hope you all accomplish your goals, anything is possible if you're willing to work for it! :)

    I wish I had your conviction when I was your age. Over the years I lost weight (~ 60 lbs) , and yo yo'ed it all back and then some. I'm with you, I'm never going back, feeling great and happy with what I've accomplished.

    this definitely wasn't a walk in the park, but feeling good about yourself is worth sweating up a storm at the gym, eating clean, and skipping that second piece of pizza :P
