you don't eat back the calories you burn while exercising?

    Nevermind! I found a couple posts talking about this. Not sure how to delete this though. lol

    You will eventually be ravenous....

    If you are fairly accurate on your exercise calories, then you should be eating some of them back. I eat anywhere from 50-75% of mine back - I leave 25% or so on the table to account for underestimating food and over estimating exercise. I don't weight my food for personal reasons, but those who do can get a more accurate sense.
