Funny, I am the only one who is posting my backwards progress! Last year around this time I weighed around 194-195ish. This year I weigh 199. HOWEVER....it was the weight i gained this year that finally made me get my butt in gear! I went up to 215 after changing jobs. Now I will drop BELOW what I weighed last year in just a couple weeks!

I was right at my goal weight of 200-205 lbs. I got smashed up pretty good in July and I've been healing and I'm up quite a bit - about 218 now.. Almost ready to get back to it. I expect the all clear from my orthopedic surgeon on Jan 12.

I started MFP in August and was very active even then at 206 so I can only assume I was at least 210 at this time last winter. I am currently 175 :)

Last year I was 136 lbs and I'm currently 124 lbs. I hit my goal weight in early 2010 and have been maintaining throughout the year which has been really hard. While I'm in my goal range of 120-125 lbs I would like to be closer to the smaller range therefore i'm trying to lose the last 2-4 lbs. My main focus for 2011 will be to reduce my body fat % which is currently 24.6%.

Great job everyone. I want a friend to review all of your successess so that she can understand that slow and steady beats fast and unhealthy any day.
