Mostly eggs, egg whites, and wraps.
I just stocked 15 pounds of sirloin in the freezer from a really good sale.. so it looks like sirloin for the next few weeks.

CHEESE. I don't think there's been a day I've logged when I haven't eaten some form of cheese. Sometimes three.

Eggs, apples, peas, and Quorn/other veggie protein products are pretty much the only things I eat constantly.

And I do love a good crisp (aka chip). Sweet chili flavoured, preferably.

This is what I usually have around the house and/or buy when it runs out:

plain greek yogurt (Fage is the best brand I found)
    bananas
Ezekiel Breads (frozen bread works best for me since I can take parts out and thaw it when I need to eat)
    organic eggs
Food Should Taste Good - Multigrain Chips
    avocados
kale or spinach or a dark green
mozzarella cheese - fresh mozzarella esp.
fresh fruit of week (what is in season)
fresh veggies of week (what is in season) I do a CSA veggie share during summer/fall
frozen broccoli (backup frozen veggie that is good to use in many recipes or as a side)
    local honey (usually raw)
Koeze Cream Nut Peanut Butter (yes, I have a 12pack of this when I found a deal online - expensiver but the best natural pb)
    raisins
    oats
    coconut, almond or soy milk

and cat food because the cats would eat some of the the food above if they didn't have something to eat ;)
