I seem to keep reaching for:
* coffee (with sugar & cream/er),
* unsweetened almond milk (and almond/coconut),
* eggs & egg whites,
* garlic & onions,
* natural vanilla protein powder,
* bone-in chicken thighs (often make stock and use the meat in varied ways, mixed in an egg scramble, enchilada casserole, mixed with vegetables),
* and a mix of vegetables--greens of whatever kind, broccoli, summer squashes are common; asparagus and other specialties when in season or on sale!
I keep a wide range of herbs and spices, different types of hot sauces vanilla extract, extra virgin olive oil & coconut oil.0 -
