    Hello everyone, This is want I need to get me started again. Been on and off for the past 6 month loss the pounds and gain them right back with a few more. I need motivation!

    So happy its getting warmer out. I want to add jogging/walking to my Jillian Michaels body rev.
    Hopefully that will give me a boost.

    I've not participated in any of these challenges before. Maybe it will inspire me to get my lazy butt up in the morning to do some exercising. I prefer to work out in the middle of the day, but no place to do it at work. (Yet. They included a gym in their expansion plan, however it keeps getting pushed back. :/ I think my fellow women would get perturbed if I holed up in a bathroom for 30 minutes to workout. Tried walking, but fused foot bones don't like excessive walking. At least, mine don't.)

    My inspiration for the month is spring wild flowers! The more I am out hiking, the more I will see; the more weight I lose, the less weight I have to carry up mountains with me!

    This is just what I need to achieve my targets and ultimately my goal weight of 120lbs. I shall be jogging 5km for five days for 45 mins a week so let's see if that works!
