    My ultimate goal weight is to reach 125 and have a healthy body fat % (between 25-30%) I have gained too much weight since I got lazy and stopped working out/eating right.I need this to kick myself back into gear!

    I really, really need some motivation! March was not a good month at all. I seem to have reached this horrible plateau between 181 and 180 and can't get the scale to go below 180. :( Instead of getting inspired and doing better, I have had two days of mostly snacking and not eating very healthy, (although still logging everything). So, here I go....tomorrow is a new month, new resolve, new motivation.....Bring It On!
