I drink a lot of caffeine...
I'm on my third Coke Zero of the day.
If I don't make it, know that I enjoyed our time together.

I drink a pot of coffee every day.
I enjoy a good cigar.

I also drink a lot of caffeine; I start with coffee and shift to Diet Coke instead of Coke Zero, but I will have 4 Diet Cokes a day.
I eat half a Curly Wurly candy bar each day (or a couple of bite size Snickers; or Twix)
I drink a beer (or two) most nights.
I LOVE bread and eat waaaay too much of it when we go out to eat.0 -

Ditto on the caffeine.
If there's nutella in the house I eat it. All of it.
Needless to say I don't buy it any more.......after this last jar I've got in my cupboard right now.0 -

I have the same bad habit. Coke Zero.... I thought noone was as bad as me but I stand corrected, I've had 2 so far lol. I know it's not good for me but I don't think I would have been successful at losing weight if I hadn't found Coke Zero. I used to drink regular pepsi all day long... probably 12+/day... I gave up many bad habits and have incorporated many healthy habits into my lifestyle but I don't think I could have given up soda completely so I'm thankful for the unhealthy and calorie/sugar-free soda...0

I start my day with coffee and my laptop. Too much computer time first thing in the am.0

I cuss.
I get mad at my kids for doing stupid kid ****, even though I know I shouldn't (they're 3 and 6 and my expectations are way too high). But I don't cuss at my kids.0 -

I drink at least 6 cups of tea per day...because I find its easier to consume than water. No sweetener. I make a pot in the morning at my desk and drink till its done. Sometimes I make another pot. When I drank plain water, I found that I hardly got up to fill my glass.
Also drink apple juice diluted with water in the evenings to get the remaining fluid intake requirements. I struggle with dehydration so this is a strategy I need and I make the extra 50 cals per glass work with my diary.0 -
I chew on the inside of my cheek when I start stressing. Which is a lot.0

the copious amounts of wine i drink. i actually came back to MFP so i could actually SEE how much wine i'm drinking. it's already shocking me into drinking less. so winning?!0

I sing a lot. Like, a LOT. While I'm cooking, sewing, getting dressed, pretty much all the time. Sometimes I don't even realize I'm doing it. And I cuss like a sailor.0

I drink a ton of diet soda. Also, while cooking, I snack on chips, chocolate, and bread with butter. I have started chewing gum while I cook to stop eating so much.0
