Goals: Stop de-railing away from planned meals.. I've had 4 cheat days last week and feel sluggish but only gained 0.06 lbs. Continue to go to the gym 5 to 6 times per week and lift heavier. Good luck all!! I know you can all do this. We'll all have victory dances!0 -

This was great last month. Lost 10 pounds!! It was my first month of weight loss so I'm sure most was water weight but it was still awesome! I'm going again this month. A similar loss would be fantastic but would half would do.

I had a bit of an anxiety attack last night and couldn't eat, it was a bit rough. I'm still recovering from my eating disorder (6 years total, 1 year in recovery) but I woke up with a fresh new start in mind. We can do this lovelies!
