This was great last month. Lost 10 pounds!! It was my first month of weight loss so I'm sure most was water weight but it was still awesome! I'm going again this month. A similar loss would be fantastic but would half would do.

I had a bit of an anxiety attack last night and couldn't eat, it was a bit rough. I'm still recovering from my eating disorder (6 years total, 1 year in recovery) but I woke up with a fresh new start in mind. We can do this lovelies!

I am in. been lazy for the last couple of months. Lost 15kg/33lbs once but have gained 6kg/13lbs...
My tip for the success is to log in the MFP every day and be honest to yourself :-)
