Motivation 1--it's my bday month and it would be nice to lose a little (although Easter is also a time for much eating at my dad's house...)
Motivation 2--I love Game of Thrones (original book reader ;-) and my friends bought me a t-shirt with direwolf names last year. It is definitely too snug right now, but a five pound loss would make a difference!

Motivation: I am presenting at a Biomechanics Conference near the end of April, it would be a huge confidence boost to present knowing I am 5 lbs lighter ^_^0 -

I would love to achieve 67 kgs by the end of April, however, I have hit my plateau, so it is small steps for me from here on in until I can get over this hurdle.
My main goal is to not get frustrated with the scales. We're measuring in tomorrow aswell, so even if I can't get the scales to budge, losing the cm's is just as important for me at this stage in the game.
