    Did it in Feb. Could not get past 2 1/2 minutes. Boy what a work out it was!

    I'm in! Technically I did do planks yesterday in my workout. So I guess you could stay I've done day 1.

    I added in my 20 sec planks to my workouts for the last two days. I forgot how hard these things are! On to day three tonight!

    It's a great entire core workout. More strength than weight loss, but it helps inches come off too.
