    Would love to join! This will be my second month on my new lifestyle/eating and exercise program, and I have a feeling I'll need a bit of motivation from others.

    Last month, I tried to exercise at least 2 days per week. This month, I would like to increase to 4 days per week.

    Here are my stats:

    SW (on 3/1/14): 308.9
    CW: 285.8
    GW: 275.8 (I'm going to try for 10 lbs...)

    My hardest time of the day is getting home; I snack until I go to bed. I try to eat healthy snacks like almonds or mixed nuts, Turkey Breast slices ect.. but I will eat 1/2 a can of mixed nuts ( you cant just eat a handful) ... I am really struggling with snacking in the evenings..

    Was down to 112 and put on 6 pounds when I started lifting more and have recently put on 10 pounds trying to get to that sweet spot. Again... Good luck all.

    GW: If we're going for five pounds, then I guess 198.6... but 195 would be better.

    I've had an awful time with motivation, family tragedy, personal tragedy, it's truly everything I can do to not drink all of the time. I guess just seeing the scale move a bit is my motivation. Sorry for the weak inspirational comment, but thanks for having me!

    Goal this month is to get OUT of the 190s, and I plan to add back some cardio and crossfit so targeting 5+ loss this month.
