    My motivation this month is to get closer to my goal of 165 lbs. by my birthday May 18th!!! March was a slow loss month- only 3 lbs. even though I tracked and tracked and I worked out...just gonna hang in there and keep working!

    Just started MFP April 1st! This is a great challenge for me to do! I am 52 a runner and having a hard time taking off 5 lbs from Christmas. I really would like to lose 13-15. Reading up I'm realizing I need weight training in addition to running. I'm going to measure & take photos as suggested to STAY MOTIVATED!

    A bit more than 5 lbs but I'm up a bit in weight due to an extravagant weekend so I'm hoping ~1lb of it is water weight which would make my target for April 6lbs which seems doable!
    Also it would mark my entering...the 12 stones!!! A very exciting territory for me as a British loser ;)
