Me! I've lost 35lbs and many inches. I eat what I want, as long as it fits within my calories for the day.0
-
Cool!! I like this0

Just about to go out for Mexican! Chili verde and two Modelos, still 24 cals under my goal.0

I've lost over 100 pounds and I ate burgers and fries and pizza at least twice a month... Someone else mentioned though, I want different things now. For example I'd much rather destroy a container of hummus with crackers than a bag of chips.0

I eat what I want. I do eat mostly healthy stuff, but I would DIE SLOWLY if I could never again have chocolate, ice cream, cookies, burgers, pizza, omg foooooooood. Tonight, my 6 year old kid and I walked the half mile to the Dairy Queen and back (I got a blizzard, he got a cone). Logged it.
I hope almost 50 pounds counts as a significant amount (it sure feels like it to me). :happy:0 -
I definitely eat what I want, I just count calories. Yes, I should look at other metrics too but I know damn well I'm never going to stick to that so I just keep the calorie count down.0

I just ate pizza hut, and have had fast food multiple times this week. lol I'm down 80lbs, with 20lbs lefts. Granted its taken me over 2 years, and I have some health issues that make even harder to drop the weight. So I think I've been pretty successful.0

I normally eat what I want and so far I have lost 60 lbs0

I don't know about moderation, but I eat all the nasty ghood chit...strap on the burner belt and join me anytime.0

You all inspire me. I don't eat what I want and I have to track calories. A couple of times a week I allow myself some higher calorie foods but I make sure I get my 15K steps in or an hour of spin in that same day.0

I eat a crap load of food and fortunately manage to keep gaining mass.0

This! Absolutely this...and the "junk" is much more in moderation when I do have it.0 -
This thread is super inspirational. Hopefully one day I can join the ranks of the big losers here and still be able to enjoy some ice cream along the way. :bigsmile:0

76 and I'm in :drinker:0

Still on my journey, but I've lost 33lbs so far & still eat / drink everything I did before. I even have soda (gasp!) daily... It's essentially my candy bar ????0

I eat exactly what I've always eaten...just in moderation and added fruit and vegetables also. I started counting calories on Sept. 1st and have lost 100lbs. It does work...but moderation is the key.0

I have always eaten what I want and still do. I just eat a lot less of it these days. I just want things that most people consider " healthy " food. It's a cultural thing. I don't know if it's a large amount for you, but during the last year lost 50 pounds and plan losing another 40-50.0 -
Me! I'm here, down 67 and still losing. I agree with whomever said that what they want has changed over time, that's certainly been the case for me. But it's all portion control and moderation these days0
