I've been on Myfitnesspal for just over a year, logging in everyday. I wanted to celebrate by posting a comparison picture on my one year of logging, but life happened. So I'm just getting to it now! Took a lot of hard work and dedication. I don't really appreciate what 90 pounds looks like in the mirror, but doing a comparison shot really makes me proud!

    Awesome job! You look fabulous! I wish my 1 year results were as awesome, but I admit to falling off the wagon for about 4 months over the holidays, still exercised, but didn't eat very well AT ALL, so I gained back about 8 of the 32 I initially lost, so at it again and looking for some motivation. Congrats girl and thanks for sharing!

    It took me just about a year to lose the 90 lbs. I made sure I stuck to my calorie intake and usually went over my exercise goal every week. It's really become a routine...like they say it's a life style change.
