Way to go everyone! Keep up the great work & motivation. Lots of Christmas celebrations going on this week, let's all try to stay focused so we don't have to make our New Years resolution to lose the weight we gained from xmas
On another note I'm surprised I lost anything this week.. It's been HECK!
Goal for this week.. Mind my cheese & olive trays & drink more water... MORE WATER!!!

Ok, so I re-weighed myself this morning and the scale went even higher than yesterday! Sunday 148.8, Monday 152.2, Today 153.6!!!! I’m at a loss of what to do? The only thing I’m doing different is that I started the 30 day shred Friday, would that have made me gain? My sodium levels are within my goal and my water intake is up, I did have some chocolate while making treats for work, but I logged it and exercised!
Rach – after weighing in this morning I had to do the same, wearing a black turtle neck with a grey skirt and black nylons, oh and not to mention my new knee high boots!0 -
I do too, Rach. We watched his comedy special last night on Netflix. Hilarious. But seriously, they do favor each other.
I think I may dress super cute today too! Let's make it super cute dress day. Lol.0 -

I admit I have not weighed myself and I don't plan on going near the scale in the next few days possibly not at all this week.
I've been enjoying too much food and wine and I have forgotten the way to the gym!

My goal is to try and behave as much as possible this week. Wear my HRM and go walking in the morning or afternoon with my hubster when we're at my mom's. Probably won't be on much until the beginning of the year start around Thursday unless it's on my cell phone because my mom doesn't really have the internet. Anyway! Water, water, water, avoid the sweets and alcohol as much as possible and walking. Lots of walking.0

I've been going out and getting fast food for lunch waaaaay too often. It's not even that I want it.....I just don't want to eat at my desk and be around my whiney co-workers for that extra hour, so I go grab some food and eat in my car, enjoying the peace and quiet. Hmmmm, maybe I should just start heating up my lunch and then going out to my car anyway. At least today, I opted for just a chicken snack wrap and iced coffee.0
