    Between 3:45-4am M-F (whenever I wake naturally; alarm is set to 4:15am, but 99% of the time, I wake up on my own before then). Weekends, usually between 6:30-7:30am. (Alarm is set to 7:30 or 8:30am depending on agenda for the day.)

    As a child, I use to be an early bird, getting up before everyone else in the house to work on homework, etc. Through high school and university, I was a complete night owl; the only way I would see the sun rise was if I'd stayed up all night. I worked nights for a while through university and was thus sleeping from about 2pm-10pm. When I got a 9-5 job, I just started gradually getting up earlier and earlier, and now that I'm exercising regularly, I so much prefer working out in the morning when nothing can interfere and it's definitely me time. It's been an interesting progression.

    I get up at 4:30 during the week so I can workout before everyone else gets up. I sleep in until 6-7 on the weekends.

    I get up at 2:00 am. M-F I work out at the gym at work before I start my work day. Saturday and Sunday I get up about 4 a.m.
    I am an early riser.
    I was pleasantly surprised to see I am not the only one here with this habit.

    Last year if I had a class at 11 am, I'd go to bed at 2.30 am so I could get up at 10.30 am lol.

    Depends on my workout days! 5:15 if I am to get an hour in before work! Rest days usually half 7 ish ! Days off and rest days! 10 if I'm not busy!

    Up at 7 ... in bed by 11. Have to get the kid off to school by 8:30. Then he goes to bed at 9, and I need some " me" time!
