So Im not sure how to correctly enter in crunches into my exercise. What is the difference between sets and reps.?

    sets are made up of reps

    1 rep is one crunch. one set is the group of reps

    for example if you did 10 crunches in a row, that would be one set of 10 reps

    so if you do ten crunches it equals 10 reps

    then rest a minute and do 10 more crunches

    You've now done 2 sets of 10 reps.

    And that is merely for keeping track, nothing to do with calorie burn.

    You'll find that in the normal exercise section under like calisthenics for the minutes you did it.
