Great job everyone! I'm just coming back to logging calories after putting on some weight over the winter so I'm having that initial quick drop that can happen in the first few weeks. I expect my losses will slow down now.

I've been dealing with a nasty shin split and haven't been able to run in over a month. I'm in physiotherapy and was given the go ahead to start running again. I'm building up from 5 minutes. Fingers crossed I'll be fully recovered by the end of the month.0 -

I started some strengthening exercises as part of an April challenge for another group, so I'm not really surprised at the slight gain. My muscles are most likely holding extra water. I also treated myself with an alcoholic smoothie the last 2 nights, so that could be helping to retain water too.
For motivation, this week, I joined an April challenge group on here, and I am participating in their weekly mini challenges and monthly arms and butt challenges. Definitely helping to keep me on track with exercise so far. I also started spring cleaning, which is a workout in itself!

Seems like a lot but it might be correct and my start weight was off. I had been between 140-141 and then had two awful weeks, and then the challenge started with me at 143.

Doing Slimming World in conjunction with MFP. Lost nearly half a stone in the month I've been going but been having a slightly lazy week (because of some really long, busy days at work) so need some more motivation. It's really difficult around shifts but I need to make the gym a regular thing rather than little bursts every few weeks. My goal would be to get to 9st 7lbs by August.0 -

Good morning! I am heading our for a nice long walk with my two walking buddies. I will be making some changes this week- I will be saving 150-200 calories for something extra late in the day; I always do great until after dinner, but am usually out of calories by then (I personally am finding 1350 pretty hard, I am often hungry). So...most nights I am going over my daily goal. I thought I would try to eliminate a few more calories early in the day by being even more mindful of less nutritious calories, and adding even more veggies.
