    For Fun: What is my motivation... well, my husband has a work party coming up, and I would REALLLLLLY like to lose 2 more pounds, before I have to wear the new I got for it!! (That sounds silly, but honestly... 2 pounds makes a difference on my short figure).

    I'm doing Jillian's 30day slim down (started 4/01) along with yoga and also Jillian's power yoga dvd "Yoga Meltdown". Today I completed day 5 which was her dvd "burn fat boost metabolism" and I literally feel like spaghetti lol. As far as my eating, I'm not doing much calorie counting because I can get overwhelmed (happened before) so I just try to eat as clean as possible to form a habit. Next month I plan to start calorie counting regularly.

    Was down to 112 and put on 6 pounds when I started lifting more and have recently put on 10 pounds trying to get to that sweet spot. Again... Good luck all.

    Not a very good week weight wise for me. Weight fluctuated all week while working out and eating within limits each. I'm sure it will fix itself soon so not worrying too much.
