For Fun: What is my motivation... well, my husband has a work party coming up, and I would REALLLLLLY like to lose 2 more pounds, before I have to wear the new I got for it!! (That sounds silly, but honestly... 2 pounds makes a difference on my short figure).0 -

I'm doing Jillian's 30day slim down (started 4/01) along with yoga and also Jillian's power yoga dvd "Yoga Meltdown". Today I completed day 5 which was her dvd "burn fat boost metabolism" and I literally feel like spaghetti lol. As far as my eating, I'm not doing much calorie counting because I can get overwhelmed (happened before) so I just try to eat as clean as possible to form a habit. Next month I plan to start calorie counting regularly.
