Hello MFP,

This is my update I can not believe it 88 lbs. gone. I started my journey 14 months ago. I needed to get healthy and fast. I was 6.2 from being diabetic and blood pressure was through the roof.

My partner was also 40 lbs. overweight from when she had our son. I started at 261 lbs. I am am now 174 lbs. I want to lose another 20-25 lbs. so I am in shred mode. I no longer live by the scale I actually am a NSV fanatic. Since I lift so much weight the scale flip flops between 5 lbs. with me lol.

My Exercise regimen is P90x doubles, JM 30 Day shred and I cycle about 100 miles a week. I eat a lot so 1200 calories is not my thang. I eat between 2000-2500 calories per day. When I eat 1200 I plateau, I have learned my body.

My life style consist of 80% diet 10% Cardio 10% Strength.

I take a slew of vitamins per day lol. Regular vits of course.

I try my best to get between 6-8 hours of sleep this is extremely important.

My goal in life is to inspire just one person to get healthy.

I dedicate this to my beautiful wife (Crys) and our son (De)

Wow! Amazing progress! You have similar stats as me (starting weight, goal weight and height). To see someone lose the same amount of weight I want to lose being the same exact weight I want to be is truly inspiring. I think you will definitely meet your goal of inspiring others. Job well done!
