      Go right ahead, read it and let it fuel you b4 you go to the gym, read it when people start shooting cannons of hateful words at you and remember you can be titanium to all that. Some people just can't stand when you are happy and they take their bad days out on you. Go right ahead=)

      Guys thank you for all the lovely comments and grats. I will put my girls down to sleep tonight and go through all your questions both from this thread and from emails and i will come up with a detailed list of things i did and am doing. Then I will post tomorrow. I was going to try to do it tonight but i want it to be thorough so i can answer everyone's questions. I am so glad that everyone is inspired!!! Good things happen just hang on when things get bad, and when bad things or sad things happen don't rush to get out of the grief there is only one way and that is through it not around it:heart: . Let your heart lead you out when you are ready. When you emerge take yourself to the gym or outside and release all of those emotions, sad, angry, happy, hopelessness, confusion and more through sweat!! Thanks again i am so taken back by every single comment!!

      Lol yes it took me a while to lose those 6lbs but i had gained 10lbs around xmas and had to lose it (which wasn't really hard once i got back into the routine) plus losing the weight wasn't a race for me. The slower i lose it the harder it is for the lbs to come back.=)

      Your photos are absolutely awesome and inspiring. I started at 188 lbs. in September 2013 (after topping out at 200 the year before) and my goal is 135-140, so it's amazing to see your transformation since your numbers are so close to mine. Thank you and best wishes with your commercial acting career...your head and body shots are great and I'm sure your agents will have no trouble representing you. I was a voice and acting talent in Detroit for many years until I had kids and kind of left the on-camera stuff behind for the same reasons as you.

      Congratulations on the wonderful achievement...now go shine in front of the camera!!

      Congratulations on your amazing success and thank you for sharing your story. You are such an inspiration, and your story is a reminder that to take care of and show love to other people, you must first take care of yourself. For too long I let people's negative comments affect me and I think they just actually contributed more to my emotional and binge eating rather than motivating me to lose weight. I have started dwelling on these negative comments again recently but your story has reminded me that it is more important to focus on ME and not waste my time giving THEM a second thought! Anyway, mini-rant over, well done again and all the best to you and your family. I bet they are all super proud of you!

WELL DONE = certain aspects of your story mirrors mine, I've just started my journey with a lot of bi-polar thoughts, under active thyroid & years of being a serial comfort eater...your pictures are wonderful & sometimes nasty troll like comments in your life can be the kick start we all need.
