    Beautiful! I like how you have the pictures set up, too! Way more complicated than what I can do =P

    I just use an app called Fuzel on my phone to make the collages. :)

    Congratulations and thank you for including your measurements. At 5'3" 221 it is so comforting to see your waist and hip measurements. My measurements are the same and I feel so overwhelmed at the task ahead. I am starting over and just knowing it is possible to get to a 30" waist is more inspiring than I can say.

    Amaaaazing! I'm a similar height, so I'm glad to see you could do it! What sorts of changes did you make? I'm kind of stuck in my progress, so any tips would help. c:

    The only changes I made are the amount of food I eat (as well as eat healthier) and exercise. That's it!
