I still have a ways to go, but just got updated pics done after 6 full months on my medically-supervised weight loss program, so I thought I'd share!

DAY 10 @ 183.5lbs/ 32% BF
DAY 75 @ 179.5lbs/ 22.5% BF

Before: taken in September 2011 probably about 220-230 lbs, not really sure.
Current: Taken about 2 weeks ago 150 lbs

Resize it so the width is 5500 -
Not really before and after, more like before and halfway. Started at 354, currently 268, shooting for something around 200, no rush!
