Gracious good evening to all! I am new to the MFP community but am no stranger to dieting and making a very strong effort to change a rather unhealthy lifestyle.
I am currently working with a dietitician to jumpstart my stalled metabolism. I am very active, spin twice a week, strength train, practice reformer pilates and yin yoga.
