This week might not be as tough as last week but with New Years it is still a hard challenge but a great way to bring in the new year.
This challenge is for the week of 12/27 - 1/2. Please set a goal of at least 3500 calories to burn this week.

I'm in. I was sick all Christmas weekend, so I fell short on the last challenge.

I'm in and I can do a better job this week! This will probably be my last calorie challenge. Next week, I'm gonna start hitting the strength and toning stuff and that doesn't burn as many calories. I almost need a time toning challenge to force myself to do it!
