Gniocci alfredo with grilled chicken

I did a random eating challenge on the weekend. I was half way through push bike pub crawl and had only eaten lunch about 90mins before hand. Also had plenty of beers in me by that stage. If you finish it within 20mins you get a shirt and your name on a plaque on the wall. Smashed the previous record of 16m45s with 11m59s. Started to struggle about the 8 min mark I think :laugh:
my randomly estimated macros for the LOL's. :P Cals, protein, carbs, fat, fibre.
Think I'll go and do it again sometime fasted to get under the 10min mark at least.1 -

Caprese beef medallions (beef tenderloin topped with tomato, basil, fresh mozzarella and tomato sauce.)
Starbucks Marshmallow Bar topped with some chocolate syrup and some banana-chocolate ice cream
Banana Split!
Cherry tomato, mushroom and shrimp pesto pizza.
Shrimp, cherry tomato and alfredo sauce spaghetti squash
PB & J Banana wrap
Applebee's Zesty Roma Chicken and shrimp and Roma Pepper Steak
Curry spiced lamb leg steak over zucchini and cauliflower, with some couscous mixed with toasted almonds and green lentils
Stuffed chicken breast over zucchini-carrot salad
Protein pancakes with strawberry sauce and whipped topping (just 330 cals for the whole batch and 36 grams protein!)

I made my first loaf past weekend, i made a Roll Bread filled with a typical kind of "honey" or syrup we make at Costa Rica por Easter, it's named "Miel de Chiverre" and it's made of molasses cooked for several hours with spaghetti squash.
Today's lunch: Chicken breast over Kale, topped with ricotta and a side of asparagus.

And here are the ingredients:
*60 grams banana
*5 tbsp all purpose flour
* 30 grams whey protein powder (i use Dr. Frank Whey Protein)
* 80 grams egg whites
*1 tsp baking powder
* Sweetener (Stevia/Splenda)
* Any spices & food dye you like (i used all spice and cinnamon and red food coloring)
And for the strawberry sauce i just microwaved 150 grams strawberries with 1 tbsp of stevia and 2 tsp water0 -
